Ms. Jwan is absolutely amazing! When my fiancée and I were looking for our new home, Jwan was very helpful and showed us to the homes we were interested in. When we found the one we wanted, she was awesome at letting us know what all was happening with inspections, maintenance, and communication with the seller. She was with us every step of the way and answered our questions whenever we had them, no matter what day or time it was. We were very blessed to get someone as kind and hardworking as Jwan and we are very grateful for all she did for us!

My Realtor Jwan Baughn worked really hard to find me a home in the Village. She put in many long hours working with me physically as well as after hours answering questions and getting answers for me.
Jwan was very profession and quick to respond with all my needs. I lived out of state and she made my search for my new home so easy. I couldn't have ask for better service. I don't think i could have found my home as fast without her. Even when i couldn't be there she knew what to look at for me. She is the best.

The market has been insane lately and she did not hesitate to show me everyone house I wanted to look at, we made tons of offers, and she stood by our side and encouraged us every step of the way! Jwan was fantastic! She answered any questions I had and helped me navigate buying a new home. I never felt pressured to make any particular decisions, and when the closing got delayed due to a seller error, she was even able to negotiate a move-in-early agreement!

Buying my first home would have been much more stressful if it weren't for her hard work.

Our realtor Jwan Baughn was very professional yet gave you the feeling that you were family. She was always prompt to respond to any and all questions. Quick to show up and make time to show a house you chose to look at, was great at helping your family find homes within your specific needs and budget. She was friendly and honest in her opinions when asked, even pointing out things we as a new homeowner didnt realize, which was very helpful to us making the right choice. I would reccomend Jwan to anyone who is looking for a new home to purchase, she is that person who goes the extra mile for you. We had a VA loan (which everyone knows is difficult to work) Jwan was a knowledgeable person when it came to this particular loan type and we were able to attain our house on first try because of her ability to understand and knowledgeable experience.

Jwan was a dream come true while my family searched for a new home. Her personality is laid back. We never felt pressure to settle on a property or to hurry and make a decision although we probably looked at 10 different houses over several months. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question with professionalism without ever making us feel like uneducated first time buyers. I am also a veteran. We bought our home using a VA home loan of which she is also very knowledgeable and knows the process. Thank you so much Jwan.
