As a Realtor at e-Merge Real Estate, I represent buyers, sellers, renters, investors and strive for nothing less than exceptional customer service. I have played an active role over the last 13 years in the Columbus real estate market, with an abundance of experience in new construction, land acquisition, negotiating and design consultation/staging. In 2007 I obtained my Ohio Real Estate License and Bachelor's Degree in Business Management which was tremendously beneficial when I transitioned in to the resale market from the new construction industry. Starting my career in the residential building industry has taken me to every corner of the city and back again. Getting such a well-rounded view traveling all over the city, I have experience selling in nearly every market in and around central Ohio and can provide a tremendous advantage for client who are relocating to a different suburb or area of town. As a Realtor starting in new construction, I naturally consider my clients "long term relationships." My goal is to show my clients through my actions and efforts, that I truly care about them and that I listen.

I believe that a healthy relationship between client and agent is built on trust and that is my primary focus when initiating a new client/agent relationship. Having that perspective can dramatically reduce the stress a buyer or seller may feel about of the process and make it fun and exciting! I am energetic and driven and my over decade of experience is hugely beneficial during the negotiating process. Any agent can show homes and write contracts, but not every agent can effectively negotiate the best deal for their client. It takes planning and forethought and doing the research up front can help manage expectations and minimize surprises related to a less than ideal outcome.
