Kaden Cowles

Kaden was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from San Diego State University in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration Finance. While in college, he constantly maintained a steady GPA while also juggling a minimum of two jobs at a time. After college, he pursued a career in corporate finance and worked as a Financial Analyst for one of the largest defense contractors in the world. While working there he decided to pick up a second career and pursue Real Estate on the side. The pandemic gave him the freedom to pursue both careers simultaneously, and eventually went on to leaving the corporate finance industry after Real Estate became an obsession.

Helping others and educating clients about the financial benefits of owning a home became an instant passion for Kaden, and with each transaction he closed, he became increasingly effective at the entire process. Every step of the home buying / selling process is abundantly clear when working with Kaden.

In his free time, he likes to go surfing in La Jolla or Pacific Beach, focus on his fitness goals, and explore the several breweries/restaurants that San Diego has to offer.
