Kaicie McMurray is a well seasoned real estate agent with expertise in buying, selling, and managing property. Kaicie began her real estate career in the corporate arena back in 2006 managing multi-family apartment complexes in Northern California. In 2013, Kaicie relocated from Santa Rosa, CA to Santa Cruz, working with investor groups managing their portfolios and projects.
Prior to starting with Sherman and Boone, Kaicie was the VP of Property Management for Bei Scott Company, LLC, controlling one of the largest independently owned portfolios in Santa Cruz County.
While at Sherman and Boone, Kaicie began assisting her property owners, tenants, and friends with buying and selling real estate, while also acquiring her own investment properties.
Kaicie has managed a wide variety of properties including single family homes, multifamily projects, office, retail, community strip centers and shopping centers, medical, and industrial properties. She is a member of the California Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management.
Kaicie has a bachelor’s degree in PR and Marketing, and received her real estate license in 2007. Kaicie is currently working towards her CPM designation through IREM.
Kaicie loves living downtown Santa Cruz. When Kaicie isn’t working you can find her competing in volleyball tournaments, surfing at the point, mountain biking around UCSC, and taking advantage of this amazing town we are fortunate enough to call home.
