The housing industry has always had a special place in her heart. Coming from a family background in construction, the added knowledge she brings to the table is key when working with sellers and buyers. Selling a home can bring up many difficult conversations, it can be an emotional rollercoaster and overall, an incredibly stressful process. Kaitlyn’s goal is to ease most, if not all, stressors and help clients navigate each step, providing options and resolutions when needed. Among many things, having strength and confidence with negotiations and creativity when addressing issues or hurdles that may arise, are two important characteristics when hiring an individual to represent a client in a transaction. Kaitlyn is equipped with both and has client's best interest at hand and can help educate them fully through each step of the process.

Helping her clients find their Home is one of Kaitlyn’s favorite roles as a Real Estate Agent. She enjoys providing creative options for clients on renovations and additions regardless of how small or large, offering simple staging suggestions when marketing their home and the best home decor to better help future buyers envision and transform the space at hand.
