Kaitlyn Wolfcale

Kaitlyn Wolfcale is a Nashville transplant raised in the breathtaking mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. Before earning her real estate license, Kaitlyn specialized in interior design and project management. She was flipping homes and investing in rental properties before she organically grew into becoming a realtor. This led to a natural partnership with several new construction builders and developers that reached outside of Nashville. She has a deep passion for new construction projects and a sharp eye for watching the growth of a project from concept to completion while staying on budget.

Her specializations are land acquisition, developing portfolios for real estate investors, new construction consulting and working with home buyers looking to purchase a new construction home or scouring the market trying to find that perfect flip. She has sold over $60 million in real estate, translating to over 160 homes sold.
