I had a complicated purchasing situation, which when communicated to Kalani rather than turning me away or brushing me off he did the exact opposite and started working immediately to figure out how to accommodate my situation. This first impression was impressive, and the service continued throughout my home build process in now that I'm moving in he continues to follow up and through on any questions I have. He is always available for questions and information, and is beyond easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use him in the future and would highly recommend him for a home purchase.

I was off and on looking to purchase my first home for the last 14 months and dealt with Kalani the entire time. He provided the best experience I could have asked for. Sat down with me and walked me through the home buying process, explaining different financing options and helping me narrow down my needs and wants list. After becoming serious about purchasing a home asap he showed me 12+ houses that we walked through, and he finally helped me lock in the house that checked ALL my boxes in this crazy market. All the while keeping my expectations in check and being patient and attentive with me through the process. I would absolutely recommend Kalani to anyone in need of a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive realtor that gets the job done!

We recently sold our house with Kalani. From start to finish, Kalani made sure we knew everything that was going on. He took professional photos of our house, had a staging person come in to help stage it, held an open house, and followed up with the offers we received. We successfully closed two months after our initial email to ask him to work with us. It was a fast timeline and Kalani did such a great job making sure that it happened seamlessly and without much worry on our part. I would definitely recommend Kalani to anyone seeking a real estate agent!

Kalani helped us relocate from Virginia to Branford. He found the perfect home for us in a great neighborhood. We bought new construction and he gave us good advice as we dealt with the builder and he had our best interests in mind always. He is very professional and accessible. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is honest, down to earth, reliable, and accountable then Kalani is your guy. 7 years ago I moved from California to Connecticut and I had the daunting task of finding a home in an area that I was completely unfamiliar with. I had a new job and living away from my family. Kalani was a lifesaver and was the kindest person through the whole house hunting process. He always told things to me the way they were with no fluff. 7 years later, I didn't hesitate at all on who to contact to help search and purchase my 2nd home in Connecticut. After learning our tenants were vacating and scrambling to find new ones, and worrying about finances during the current health crisis, Kalani went above and beyond to help us not only find a replacement tenant, but help coordinate all the details with ease and professionalism. My wife and I started looking for our first home and then started working with Kalani. We had some requirements that we needed to have and he found us our home and in the price range we wanted! He took us to see lots of houses but not more than we wanted. He kept the search moving but did not rush us. Kalani just helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home, a condo in Hamden. From the beginning, he was patient and friendly while we looked for the right place. Once we found it, he was extremely helpful in navigating the mortgage and closing process.

He’s also remarkably responsive. Texts and emails were always very promptly replied to. When I got an email from the bank letting me know we were clear to close, I received a congratulatory text message from Kalani within a few hours, even though he and his wife were on vacation in India!

I’m very happy that we worked with Kalani and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first-time buyers like us.
