With 26 years of real estate experience, Kalen Raynor brings a lifetime of East End expertise, a deep passion for agent development, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to her role as Sales Manager for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Hamptons, Bay Shore, and Fire Island Divisions. Kalen began her real estate career at just 19 years old while attending college, launching her path at Quogue East Realty in East Quogue. Over the next 12 years, she built a strong foundation of deep market knowledge, client advocacy, and community connection—skills that later propelled her into entrepreneurship when she opened her own firm, Ponquogue Point Properties Inc., in Hampton Bays. After many successful years running her company, she joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, where she quickly became a respected leader within the organization. A lifelong Hampton Bays resident, Kalen’s unmatched knowledge of East End markets, strong local relationships, and proven record of high-level sales continue to set her apart as a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and agents alike. In addition to her leadership within the company, Kalen has held numerous influential positions across the Long Island and New York State real estate communities. She has served as Board Director, Vice President East End Liaison on the Executive Board, and Hamptons Chapter President for the Long Island Board of Realtors. She was elected to the LIBOR Board of Directors for both 2023 and 2024 and currently serves as President of the Housing Foundation for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). Kalen also serves on the board of the Hamptons Real Estate Association and contributes to many key committees, including the Grievance Committee for LIBOR, Government Affairs, and several statewide initiatives. Her accolades include being honored as a Top 20 Under 40 by the Long Island Board of Realtors, being recognized as a Power Woman of the East End by Dan’s Papers, and earning the prestigious C2EX Certificate of Excellence through the National Association of Realtors. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative and has been a featured chair or board member for multiple REALTOR® organizations across New York State. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kalen is a devoted wife and mother to two daughters—one in college and one in high school—who inspire her daily.
