Kaley is fabulous and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive. In the off chance she’s not available for a showing, she makes sure someone can fill in for her and that you’re taken care of. Well known In the community so she’s able to provide reliable recommendations for various things you may need as a homeowner. The search results were well tailored to our wants, and she even took the time to call us about a house she particularly felt fit the bill, which ended up being our dream home. Throughout the bidding process, even In this market, she was right there with us and helped guide us and made it happen! Her demeanor is a bonus - informative and encouraging but not at all pushy or dismissive. She’s a real gem and can’t thank her enough. You can’t go wrong with Kaley Hansen!

Even before listing, she was so helpful & informative of every question we had. After we listed, she made sure to keep in contact- consistently letting us know about showings & feedback. We received an offer we couldn’t refuse & Kaley was on top of every step through our the pending/closing process. She even helped us find our next home. She showed us everything (three full days worth of looking) we wanted to see until we found one that fit our family! She researched important things that we’d want to know for our next home and kept us in the loop on new listings! THIS AGENT EARNS HER MONEY!! Kaley’s support was best case during our home buying process. From the first house we visited until the day we closed, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Things I appreciated most: she quickly responds to every call/text, always on time, always thinking forward. Her professional knowledge and network are both impressive. In all things real estate or home improvement, if she can’t answer your questions, (which is rare) then she has expert on speed dial who can. In 2021 with all markets crazy and volatile, I’m extremely happy we had Kaley to steady and calm our processes. Highly recommended!!!

Kaley represented us in selling our lake front home, she took the time to come out before putting our house on the market to give us a few pointers of what we should do in order to make it sell faster. Once our house was on the market she did a great job of marketing the sell and was always able to give us enough time to get our kids and dogs out in time to show our house. If I could give 10 stars I would! Kaley not only walked us through the entire selling process, prepped us on what to expect, what to do and what not to do- sold our home in A DAY! She also put up with our craziness in showing us home after home- offer after offer- until we found the right one! Then went above that whenever I needed her to explain something and speak to a third party for me. She is the one to sell your home- or help you find the right one!
