What a great impression ! My family have !!Can’t thank him enough!! Kalyan Karki helped our family by going beyond and above his real estate field. Beginning from my pre approval with the lender , he sent us wonderful homes that matched our search criteria and we loved one. As a professional realtor he was in our side all the time to support and protect our favor.He explained all the questions and facts in detailed whenever we asked .He worked personally in negotiations with the seller unexpectedly till the closing day to surprise us for the reimbursement.His support putting home warranty on seller side ,work on home inspection and getting all the stuffs fully repaired till the final walk through day whatever is marked in inspection.We got our home settled in 22 days and moved in our sweet home within a month. We have been receiving great compliments and congratulations from our well wishers all the time for getting most beautiful home in the area .
