My husband, son and I moved to the States in February of this year and were struggling to engage with any property management company due to not having a US credit score. Kandi was the first property manager/Realtor (after speaking to many) who was open to finding a solution for us. Within days of first contact, we had secured a lovely rental. Absolutely amazing!! I had contacted Kandi regarding a concern I had about one of her listings. She contacted while on vacation to discuss and I wasn’t even a client at that time! She worked with me on the concern and a month later I was wishing to sell as well and went straight to her. If you are looking for an agent that cares, actually puts you first, is attentive, returns calls/texts (even on vacation) and who showed up to closing then Kandi is the one!! If you don’t like all that while selling your house, I’d still pick her!! She gets the job done!!

Mr. Clarence Harwell was our realtor in 2018 and 2019. He was fantastic! Listened to our wants, lead us on the best path, and got us our perfect deal! Our situation came up very quickly, and I'm not one to settle. He kept in contact, asked and answered many questions, and got us a deal closed within 5 days of our deadline. I cannot possibly speak highly enough of Kandi. She sold our old house, and got us into our new house within a couple of months. During that transition we were staying in a hotel with a 3 year old.
