Kandi Schromm is an accomplished real estate agent with a wealth of experience and expertise. She attended Ithaca College and The University of Massachusetts Boston before moving to Daytona in 2004. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Kandi owned New England's largest mediation and arbitration company, where she gained valuable negotiation experience that has served her well in her current profession.

In 2017 and 2022, she was named REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the Daytona Beach Women's Council of Realtors, and she became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2019.
