BEST͏ experience selling a house ever.
When we decided to sell our house I googled real estate agents in OKC. There was something that drew me to send Kara a note to come out and talk. We had a couple more lined up later that day but from the minute Kara walked in the house, her passion for what she does shined through. We signed the contract and I canceled the other agents. Kara came the next day and put up the sign and scheduled a open house 2 days later. Kara called later that day saying we had a full price offer with no demands
Open house went on as planned with more offers. We took the first offer and closed less than 30 days later. Through out the whole process Kara was in touch all most daily and would answer any texts or calls right away.
Kara has became a good friend that I do not hesitate recommend as a agent. If you are in the market for a house or to sell, do yourself a favor and talk to Kara, you won’t be disappointed.

BEST home buying experience ever! Kara was always up for checking out a house last minute. I could, and would often call wanting to quickly look at a home and she was always like 'Lets Go!" She treated me like I was her only client, always available and getting back with me quickly.
She also handled everything from working with my broker, to scheduling inspection, to helping with our home insurance! She literally knows every aspect and knows all the best people to work with. I love our insurance agent, the inspection team was awesome, it literally was such a seamless process, I can't believe buying a home could be so easy! Hands down the best experience ever!

Here's the story of why you never go with a realtor you grab off zillow or some random realtor you didn't choose yourself.

Before I get into that, Kara Bowes and Sarah Loving, my realtors, I owe everything to these two amazing women! They got me into the home I wanted and in the end, I paid about 3500 less than the list value!! Absolute miracle workers!! And Kara, while on vacation in Hawaii, worked to make sure everything went smooth when a hiccup occurred during her time on vacation!! Just outstanding!

I have never purchased a home before and I, like everyone, I used zillow to start looking at homes. I found a couple that I liked and filled out the contact form on zillow. I thought it was the seller ( I didn't know) but was connected to a random realtor to start the home viewing process. I told her up front that I didn't want to get into a bidding war, would not pay more for the house than it was worth/listed and if it took 10 years I would find the right home for the right price, and that I was looking for a diamond in the rough and understood this process may take some time.

After my first home viewing she explained to me the market, that houses were selling in a day or 2 after listing, and that they were selling above list price, no negotiating closings or anything and that if I wanted to buy I'd have to act quick and offer more. She was nice the first time, no issues at all. I just reinforced that I am not in a hurry and won't make a snap offer and would only offer if I was able to think it over, have my kids see it, and feel comfortable. So, we see a couple more homes, she reinforced the need to be quick, fine, but I didn't rush as I wasn't 100% if I wanted them. Then the last home we looked at, I LOVED! It was perfect! Every room I went in I could envision us living there! Beautiful home, back yard, location, it had everything I wanted. I was ready to take action! Then, that realtor pulled me aside and began to lecture me that I'm not going to find a home I can buy at or under list price, this just wasn't the market for that and that if I didn't want to buy a home over the asking price and do all the extras that I should just wait until it's a buyers market. I felt she was saying, "You are wasting my time, I don't like clients like you, I want a quick sale, and you're not willing to get me paid as quick as I want." It was a full on frustrated lecture. I didn't say a word and gathered my kids and left.

While still sitting in the drive of that home I started searching realtors and found Kara!! At first she explained the market and that some buyers feel like it's the realtor's fault, but after I explained my experience, she understood that I didn't trust the zillow assigned realtor. She agreed that a realtor should never make the client feel the way I did and that I should trust my realtor. She spent so much time right there on the phone explaining things I never heard before. By the time I left that drive way, I felt empowered by Kara and I trusted her 1000%! She knew what I wanted, knew it may be difficult, knew it may even mean I have to keep looking but she never once spoke a word to make me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Instead, she educated me on tips and strategy that may give me an edge over other buyers who may be interested. After Kara met me at this same home the next day, I told her I wanted to make an offer and she worked tirelessly to get it in, and in early, with a letter to the owner on what it meant to me and my girls. After some clever offer writing, my love letter, the offer was made... and.. We won!! From the offer to the closing, Sarah was integral to helping me get what I needed to get across that finish line. Kara and Sarah tag teamed, if one was doing one thing, the other was making sure I knew what was going on and explaining every detail along the way. Today, I own that home!! <3 Not for over the list price, not for list price, but UNDER list price! I can not thank them enough.

Find a realtor you trust!! Better yet call Kara and Sarah, you won't regret it!

Quick to list the property and get individuals to view the property.
Kara and her agency were quick to list and got an offer that was a viable one, but made a counter offer and was accepted by the potential buyer. The paperwork was done at a quick rate of time and was advanced to the closing date in a short time span.
