If you need them any day of the week, they will be there for you. Their team is the two of them; a dedicated husband + wife team who work side by side to make your transaction as straightforward and stress-free as possible. They are always your point of contact; you’ll never meet a mysterious assistant.

Since 2012 they have been helping families buy and sell residential properties. They now sell approx. 30-45 homes per year which allows us to dedicate ample time to each and every client. Attention to detail, strong analytics, communication, and trust grows their referral based business. Since 2017, around 75% of their business is referrals or repeat clients. Their office is based in Minnetonka, and they primarily work within a 30 mile radius, but licensed to help anyone in the state of MN. They help clients with their first purchase, move-up purchase, cabin/2nd home purchases, selling homes, downsizing, new construction/land, Investment flips/rentals, and more. After working together, they love to continue seeing their clients at their appreciation events or when free trailer use is needed for their moves and/or unique purchases!

They continuously invest in their knowledge, skill, and expertise. Showing their commitment to the real estate business, they also buy and renovate homes. With experience in renovating twinhomes, townhomes, condos, and numerous single family properties, they are knowledgeable in helping you prepare a home to sell, or consider a home to buy – for example, they can help explain property potential and assist in estimating renovation costs whether you plan to DIY or hire a professional.

Aside from their full-time commitment to homes, their passions when not working include cooking chef inspired meals, DIY home projects & renovations, traveling/exploring beauties of the world, hiking, biking, boating, driving classic old cars, watching comedies, and spending time with their energetic Weimaraner dog Lucy.
