About Kara

How it all started!! I grew up with parents who owned and managed their own rental homes. My mother was an active Realtor since 1982 and shortly after getting her license my parents began investing in rental homes. That is how I was originally introduced to Real Estate. Every weekend we would go work on the rentals. ??
In 1999 I became a Realtor and joined my mother. Together we were the Merry Morris Team for 8 years. In 2007 I went out on my own. I literally do what I love everyday. I too have invested in real estate and love working on the properties in my spare time along with my husband and children.
Because of my years of ownership and management I feel that I have an abundance of knowledge to share with my clients in both sales and property management. I would love to help anyone become a first time buyer, investor! I’m here for all your Real Estate needs!
