Kara was an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable on the market and real estate guidelines. I spoke with her and two days later the house was on the market. The tools and resources she uses enabled us to have multiple offers within 3 days. We had a sold sign up in 3 and a half days. Thank you for providing me with such great service Kara.
