Kareen is an EXCELLENT realtor to work with. She did an excellent job getting showings lined up and a full price offer was made within a week of showing our home. She went above and beyond to handle the sale in every aspect. There were some moving parts affecting the process, but she handled our unique situation professionally and effectively. Kareen took the time every step of the way to make sure I was properly informed, and answered my many, many questions. She puts clients best interests first, with compassion and efficiency. If you want an agent who is passionate about people and real estate she is your person! She is organized and prompt, excellent at communicating, she gives solid advice and her attitude is extraordinary. She anticipates everything and is always willing to think outside the box. Working with Kareen was a a very good experience for me to work with my first realtor. She went above and beyond for me and my wife to Compass what we all asked for and what we all needed to say that it was a very.great Experience , matter of fact, we like family now. She still check in to see how we are doing in our new home . And I will advise all in need of a home, to contact Mrs Forestal ! I was house hunting for a very long time just right befire the pandemic started and I also dealt with various realtors.Some of the realtors were very patient and understanding. But still they were unable to meet my needs.I was almost giving up. I was referred to Kareen Floristal by a very good friend of mine in Columbia SC so when I met her everything had changed rapidly. She was very welcoming and warm. She made me feel like as if I was family.After we spoke over the phone briefly, I suddenly felt very confident that my dream was about to come true.I was able to communicate with her with no restriction. Within a few hours I started to received several emails from her with multiples homes. The important reality was that she knew exactly what i was looking for. Within a few days, she got me exactly what my heart and my soul was longing for. Within a little over a month i closed. Kareen Forestal was definitely a blessing for me and my family during the whole process of our house buying adventure! This is by far the best realtor in the world in my opinion. I have now been in my house for over 12 years. She sold me the house that I desired even though it meant her making less money from the deal. She made sure that everything was completed and in order with my contract with the builders. And every discount that was available for me being a first-time buyer she made sure that she helped me get it. Even when I refinanced my home she pointed me in the right direction. As for me and my house; there is no greater realtor. She's my choice forever. I've referred her to several of my friends and they all have a good report as well.
