Karen is the absolutely the best realtor, she helped me and my family buy our home. I remember the first day we met in the open house. We asked her to be our agent too and that was the best decision for us. She is super nice, friendly, and helpful. She did a great job answering questions at any hour during the day. She worked so hard to make the process very smooth and easy. We are truly thankful for everything you have done for us.

Where do I start? From the very first call, she met me with great energy and enthusiasm. After I told her about what we were looking for, she started looking at the market. There was a property that we liked, and she arranged to see it in person. We made an offer on the same day, and even though we have not met in person to talk about the process, she has always been available to inform me and answer my questions. It was overwhelming, but I put a lot of trust in her because she had my interests at heart. Despite the fact that the timing of the market was not helping her, we managed to find a property that we were interested in, but that was unfortunately over our budget, yet that did not stop her. She negotiated the price and talked to the seller's agent, and that resulted in an accepted offer that we had not even thought could be done. Thanks to her dedication and skills, we made it and acquired the property. She took care of us in terms of inspections and had some of them do them for free too. Even after the sale, she made sure that we were all happy with our purchase. If you want an extremely motivated real estate agent who is very informed, communicative, understanding, and caring, you should have her help you find your dream home. My experience as a first-time home buyer, and now I have an immense amount of information and education about the process of buying a property, she worked hand in hand with Felix, my loan officer, and it was a great combined effort. I know for a fact in the future who I'm going to go back to, if I'm selling or buying. Karen is amazing in every regard. Thanks, Karen, for taking care of me and my family. It's definitely a dream come true, and I'm glad you are part of it.

From the initial call to purchasing our first home, Karen has been incredible. We feel so lucky to have had such a great experience as first time homebuyers. She is warm, professional, high integrity, we felt like she had our back through the whole experience. She worked closely with us and truly listened to what we were looking for. She stayed on top of things on a daily basis! She knows how to stay calm, focused and very organized.
