Karen was fantastic through the whole process. She got us into the home we wanted to view, and had our offer submitted, before any of the other potential buyers even saw it the same day. She also recommended excellent vendors (inspector, mortgage loan company, etc.) and even coordinated those efforts for us. She’s also a great communicator and always responds to texts, emails, and phone calls swiftly and is thorough to find answers to any questions we had. We 5-star highly recommend her!

Karen has been top tier. Over a period of six months she showed us a lot of homes, and was so helpful and patient as we got our plans together.

Once we found our perfect home, we had some unexpected and tricky delays, and Karen tirelessly and patiently worked through them, communicating so well with us and the other agent and was always so punctual and professional.

Karen was wonderful to work with. We came to her before we were even prequalified with a wish list a mile long. We wanted land, but not too much. We wanted updated and open floor plans, but not at a super high price. We wanted to be close to family. We wanted a forever home and we were very picky. When we first started working with Karen we didnt have jobs lined up or a prequalification letter. She still showed us houses anyway. We were all over the map in what area we wanted to live in. She drove us all over town. We’d ask to go see houses “just in case” but knew pretty much they weren’t the home for us. She showed them anyway. She answered every question at any hour of the day.

Once we were finally under contract, she managed every aspect of the transaction. From the multitude of inspections, to managing the bank and their demands, to letting us view it a few more times with our kids and family in tow. She fought for us to get our offer accepted. She fought for what was right and made sure we got everything we needed.

If you’re in Tallahassee and looking for a realtor, I highly suggest Karen Ann Ward, Realtor.

As I drove away from the house tonight before officially moving in tomorrow, I was just so overcome with emotion that this is ours and this is our life now. And I’m forever grateful for my now friend, Karen, for making it happen.

She is so passionate for first time home owners and honestly being a realtor in general, helping people close on their dreams you can really see the joy it gives her.
