Karen was able to sell my vacant land in AuGres in less than 6 months. I previously had it listed with another realtor and after 2 years I listed it with Karen. She was professional and informative about knowing how to get the requirements to build on vacant land in that area which was a big help in the sale. I would recommend Karen to friends and family.

Karen went above and beyond what I could have expected in a realtor. She went out of her way to support us for over a year of looking and meeting with us to help us secure our lake place. When things got caught up in the closing (outside of her and our control) process her problem solving and expertise kept us on track. I can say without a doubt Karen was instrumental in getting us our place in this competitive market. She's also a kind and caring person and a pleasure to work with.
