Karen Bevins

Selling real estate is who Karen Bevins is! It’s not just a job to her, it’s a way of life. She was 24 years old when she started her real estate profession. She got her Broker's License in Ohio and Kentucky. She owned her own real estate company by the time she was 30. So, you could say this is the only profession she has ever known.

Typically, when she’s out to dinner with friends or golfing at Legendary Run, or just socializing, the subject of real estate invariably comes up. It seems most people are interested in the current market conditions or how the market is trending.
In years past, Karen has served as President of the Woman's Council of Clermont County Board of Realtors, as a Board Member on the Clermont County Board of Realtors and was privileged to be on numerous Greater Cincinnati Multiple Listing Committees.
After many years working in the real estate community service, her true love is working with buyers and sellers.
