Let me introduce myself! I have lived in this area for over 37 years so I KNOW the North Alabama area well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Karen Borden is terrific!! We were relocating to Huntsville AL due to my husband’s job, and knew no one. Luckily one of Karen’s ads had caught my eye (well her dogs did! LOL!) So I started checking her on-line reviews & info. I’d also asked for input from my realtor back in Texas, and he came back with just one name – Karen Borden! Immediately upon meeting Karen, We felt comfortable with her. Karen is knowledgeable, sharp, energetic, and quickly got what we were looking for in a home. We only had a couple days to look for a home, but It only took her the first day to find us ours. And although I was back in Texas and my husband here in Alabama during most of the process, Karen kept both of us informed every step of the way with the lender, seller of the home, the inspection, etc. , and was always quick to respond to an e-mail or texted question. Karen made what could have been a very stressful time for us go very smoothly. And as so many have already noted – Karen doesn’t just do her job and disappear. Even after the sale closed, she’s stayed in touch, checked on how our home sale in Texas was going, and is fast on the way to becoming a great friend. If we ever decided to sell our new home, Karen would be the only choice for us. And we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone! You cannot go wrong in choosing Karen Borden as your realtor! (In fact you’re probably doing yourself a disservice if you don’t choose her!)

Karen was great to work with! As a first time home buyer and new to the area she really made this process easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the area and responsiveness to my questions made home buying fun! She was able to answer all my questions and was available to get a hold of whenever I need her. She also kept me up to date on things I need to do and made sure I was taken care of. As a first time home buyer, this was great. I could really tell she cared and has a passion for her job. I would recommend anyone looking for a real estate professional that takes care of their clients and makes sure their clients are getting what they need, to call Karen!
