Our experience with Karen Burke at Patterson Schwartz was nothing shy of exceptional! Not only did she listen to our requests and not waste our time looking at inappropriate properties, but found us the perfect home and introduced us to the mortgage broker that handled the finances. We were moving from Florida to Delaware, so it was a highly concentrated effort to make our trips worthwhile and fulfilling. She’s at the top of our list for service and we highly recommend her to everyone - whether buying or selling.

Karen was my realtor in purchasing my home in Baltimore, MD. She went above and beyond! I lived in Paris at the time so she did the inspection for me and made sure the inspector did a fantastic job. She gave me great advice during the negotiations and was with me every step of the way. Highly recommend her for professionalism, going above and beyond and just really nice to work with!
