While I grew up in Garner and attended college in Raleigh, I moved to Wayne County after I graduated. A relocation for our family took us across the state line in Virginia near Lake Gaston for seven years then back to good 'ole Wayne County!

My children have grown up in Wayne County and I have found the community a wonderful place with many things to do, a revitalized downtown and much less traffic!! Nestled between Raleigh and the coast, a home in Wayne County can be just a little closer to the beach!

Both my children graduated from ECU, and we have enjoyed the Greenville/Winterville areas where a great teaching hospital, ECU Health, is located.
