I am proud to be able to state in my 30+ years of working in real estate, I have helped over 400 families find, purchase and live in the homes of their dreams. I've helped entrepreneurs create a positive cash flow from well-chosen investment properties and have been blessed with being able to assist seniors to advantageously sell the homes in which they raised their children but had finally outgrown.

My goal has always been to educate buyers and sellers alike in order to embolden clients to be able to make confident decisions supporting their individual wants and needs.

I am a seasoned negotiator, having worked on many bank owned properties, both short-sells and foreclosures; as you can imagine, there were innumerable tough closing situations and I know that my experiences taught me many hard earned and indispensable arbitration skills.

I have been an active hands-on licensed contractor, as well as an investor for my own personal business, and have worked closely with other financiers interested in buying to rent, or buying to renovate and resell.
