This is a person who knows the area she works in and has a lot of contacts. She was given a very hard real estate deal and she made it happen. She was able to sell 3 rentals that had one occupied and two empty. They all three has to be sold together. She found an investor looking for rentals and closed the deal. Took less than 2 months from start to finish. This is not an easy task but she made it happen. I will always use her for any future purchases or sells. At least give her a try and you will be happy with the result.

I would highly recommend. She works around your schedule to make sure you see the homes you want to see in a timely manner. I was on a very tight timeline to find house with me moving from Texas back to Kentucky and she made sure my wife and I found a house we both agreed on.
