Karen is not just an agent, she is the real estate professional! She guided me through the buying process in this crazy market. She promptly set up showings, and proactively scheduled inspections and all necessary appointments. She is dependable and trustworthy. Her attention to details helped me tremendously in price negotiation. She has extensive networks, connected me with reputable mortgage lender and contractors. Karen has an excellent communication style, she always gives me her undivided attention, and very honest and candid. Even after the close, she still checks in on me periodically to make sure I have all the resources I need, which shows she truly cares about her clients, and look out for her clients’ well-being.
