We quickly grew out of our new build home and entertained the idea of selling our home in search for a bigger home that fit our family. What can I say Karen is the best! I chose her over anyone else including family or friend realtors why ? Because I knew she could find me the house I wanted in this crazy market because she did it before. This is our second home with Karen. That already says how much we appreciate her. It took us about a year to find the type of house we were looking for and I accept that we’re (my wife, I and daughter) not very easy to please people. My husband and I were in the market to purchase our first home. We were referred to a Realitor but within a few days we knew we made a mistake. My aunt told us she had another Realitor who wouldn’t disappoint. I’m so glad I listened to her.

It took one phone call and we just knew she was going to find us our home sweet home. She asked all the important questions. And within 1 hour, we had an email with a list of potential houses to view. Her eagerness was impressive. She listened to all our wants and desires and delivered. We finally met and her first words were “I will not put you in a home that I wouldn’t put my kids in”. This completely settled our nerves. We had no idea what to look for, what to stay away from, and Karen was very quick to point out details in each showing. We weren’t opposed to to much and we didn’t have too many specifics. So we ventured out to Redlands, the city where we both grew up in. We found 1 house and we just knew it was the one. As crazy as it sounds, we put an offer on the home without seeing it first. We acted quickly because the market was a feeding frenzy and homes were flying off the market. To our surprise Karen informed us that the home had not been shown yet and wouldn’t be shown until the following weekend. Karen convinced to owners to give a 1 time early showing before anyone else. And wow We were so appreciative to have that opportunity. It was beautiful and so thankful we followed our gut instinct. We opened escrow, had a few hiccups along the way, but with Karen by our side, we had the reassurance we most certainly needed. We couldn’t have done this without Karen. Karen’s request did not fall on deaf ears & July 2020 we invited her over to discuss all the ends & out of selling, the market, Covid-19, all of it.

Karen again stepped up & reviewed all the offers w/us including who had the best FICA scores, who offered the highest earnest money, who would sign an appraisal contingency & most importantly who seemed the most compassionate about buying & caring for our beautiful home...

We accepted an offer 49 hours after listing for $35k over our asking price, we were all surprised, excited & overwhelmed, but Karen continued to hold our hand through the closing process leaving little room for error.😲

Albeit, I don’t recommend moving if you have maintained a consistent home for 20+ years because it is just plain hard, emotional work…

We closed escrow today and frankly I can't wait to move in and start waking up in our new home. When I look back at the time it took to find a home it really didn't take that long. We started this journey in January and it was truly a blessing to have found our real estate agent Karen Dazalla, she is amazing she is very professional, knowledgeable, and points things out that she sees in the properties she is showing you. Because to Karen, it's about finding the right home for you. Karen told us, you will know when you have found your home. One day we were looking at several properties and we were nearly arriving to the property we were going to see, she pretty much stopped in the middle of the street and told us I'm sorry, but I can't show you this property. I don't like this neighborhood for you. It took us approximately a little over three months to find a home and let me tell you, Karen held our hand the entire way, when she tells you to call her anytime, she truly means it and if you're a first time home owner she takes the time to explain the entire process putting you at ease.
