After searching and evaluating several realtors back in 2005, we were lucky enough to purchase our first brand new home in Bristol. Karen and her team made the sometimes daunting process, seem fluid and easy. Fourteen years later, my wife and I decided to sell our home to move to a bigger property with more land, we did not hesitate to go with Karen from CMR as she had kept in contact periodically through the years in the form of holiday cards. (Over 14 years!) Yet again, she did not disappoint us as we’ve recently closed on our “forever home!” In summation... professional, relatable, non-pushy and extremely knowledgeable, this woman and her team are outstanding. Steve; one of her affiliates, from Movement Mortgage deserves recognition as he was exceptional to deal with.
