Karen was a very experienced and professional real estate agent. Her knowledge and skill in marketing my father's house was exceptional to say the least. She priced the house just right for the going market, had comps for me to review to obtain a comfort level that the asking price was in line for the house to sell within a reasonable time frame. As an out of state client she put me in touch with the right professionals to make repairs to the house and was readily available by phone and email.
