Karen Flaugher, Team Lead of the Flaugher Group LLC at Coldwell Banker Heritage has been a licensed REALTOR since 2006, for 17 years serving buyers/sellers in the Miami Valley, Springfield, Dayton, London and Indian Lake areas. Karen has a passion for people and a Communication B.A. Degree from the University of Cincinnati. A longtime resident of Springfield / Miami Valley enjoys helping everyone achieve their home buying and selling goals with her expertise in real estate.
