I bought my house right at the beginning of the pandemic, right when the market took a rapid turn and houses we’re going quick. Karen jumped on every prospect house that became available immediately. She works with you, knows great lenders and is very professional. Highly Advise using Karen as your agent!

Earlier this year, we decided to pick up and move out of state after a job opportunity came up. Unfortunately, because of the abruptness of this decision, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to sell our home in time. After looking around and talking to friends about finding a realtor, we were led to Karen. Without a doubt, Karen was an absolute Godsend. She walked us through every step, she offered us words of encouragement to keep our stress levels down, and she worked overtime just to make sure we sold our home within our timeframe (and at a price that exceeded our expectations). I doubt the process would have been as smooth or worry free if we had gone with anyone else. Nor do I think we could have pulled off this move when we did, even if this is a sellers market. In short, Karen is amazing, and we can’t recommend her enough.
