Karen is the best! My hubby and I found her through a referral and we couldn’t have been happier. We are first time home buyers so we had nooooo idea what to expect. We used Karen on both ends of our transaction - purchase of new and sale of current. Her patience on the buy was commendable, as we were clearly not certain what we really wanted - other than to get our main living area on one floor. Karen showed us many houses, was very patient, and ultimately we found something that was too good to pass up. On the sale side, we had two offers within eight hours of listing, one of which came from a business associate of hers. She guided us through a competitive bidding process, and we ended up with a great sale price. We would certainly recommend Karen if asked.

Karen was great to work with. Navigating the selling process was new to me and Karen's experience was very helpful in many ways from understanding the market trends to navigating the negotiating process. We started the process with a walk-through to determine what needed to be updated to help appeal to potential buyers. I believe the small adjustments is what helped the unit sell as quickly as it did. Once we received an offer, Karen helped me to understand the next steps as we worked with lawyers and banks to complete the closing. I would recommend Karen for your real estate buying or selling needs.
