We recently sold our house with Karen and it truly as the EASIEST and SMOOTHEST process. Selling or buying a house is stressful enough, having Karen as our realtor while guiding us made it stress free. Karen was there to help us select the best offer (we had about 6), attorney, concerns, endless questions, and most of all Karen gave us the attention that made us feel like we were her only clients. She was always there to answer even the silliest of questions (which I had many 😊). Karen was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, communicated with us all the time, whether it was incoming offers, inspections needed, or to give us ideas how to get rid of our furniture. I can’t say good enough things about Karen because then this would be too long. We have sold and bought multiple houses in the last 20 years and trust me when I tell you, I will use Karen as my realtor going forward!

Karen was fantastic to work with as a seller agent when selling my mother's Somerset home. She really took care to research and understand what was going on in the local market to represent the property best. Ultimately getting my mother the best possible price with extremely fast closing. Karen also had all the right contact recommendations in place to assist with all the things that needed to get done. She was always in contact and on top of everything, which helped greatly as we were already relocated out of state for the sale.

I will recommend Karen to any local friends who need real estate assistance going forward. I cannot thank her enough for minimizing the stress my 90 year old mother was feeling with this huge change of life. Top notch service.

"Every move I've made up to this one was paid for by the company I worked for. In the beginning of the first move I had to pay for I was a bit suspect of the whole real estate commission thing. All I can say now is that Karen earned every penny of that commission. Her knowledge, guidance, and networking got us through every situation that arose. Since we had already moved to Florida, Karen was on hand for every action that had to be taken to get us to closing; trash removal, carpenter bee treatment, everything. Her contacts proved invaluable for electrical work, trash removal, pest service, even her recommendation of an attorney. We interviewed three real estate agents, the single best decision we made through all of this was selecting Karen as our realtor."

First of all, If you don’t have Karen as your agent you’re doing it all wrong. Karen was amazing from day one and truly an expertise in the field. If you want someone who is going to support you through the ins and outs of real estate, Karen is the realtor for you. When my wife and I decided to move we needed to hire a realtor to help us with the process of selling and buying. As daunting as that was for us, Karen made it all so much easier. There are so many great things I can say about Karen, about how professional she is, how she goes above and beyond, but really the best thing I can say is that she is a really good person. My wife and I had been looking for our home for a few years before we reached out to Karen, and it was absolutely the best decision we made throughout the entire home buying process. From our initial email through closing day (and now beyond!) Karen has gone above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor could be. She was always available for us, no matter how small our questions (and believe us, we had a lot!) and always provided informative and valuable information.
