About Karen
Karen has experience in the administrative arena. With a keen focus on detail, one of Karen’s specialties is with contracts, an especially crucial step in real estate transactions. Her past positions include Contracts Administrator for an international oil drilling company in Dallas, TX, Medical Staff Coordinator for a hospital and surgical center in Beaumont, TX, and Special Projects Administrator for a telecommunications company in Indianapolis, IN.
When Karen and her family moved to Georgia in 2007, following another job transfer for her husband, John, Karen easily obtained her Real Estate license, crossing the path from being a client to becoming a Real Estate professional. She quickly realized her love for the business. Karen’s first clients were John and herself. They purchased their first rental property, fixed it up, and continue to grow their investment business today.
As a family that faced multiple transfers resulting in numerous home purchases and sales, and as investors, The Grattafiori Group shares a perspective from the client’s point of view. It is that perspective, and their ability to foster personal relationships with their clients, which has helped them climb to one of the top producing teams in their Keller Williams office.
