Karen Green

Karen Green and was born in Tallahassee, Florida. She has traveled a good bit but has yet to find an area that she would consider relocating to. She feels that Tallahassee is a great place to raise a family, make lasting friendships, and grow old in! Karen has seen firsthand a tremendous amount of growth but at the same time, Tallahassee continues to have the “small town” feel.

Karen was a “stay at home” mom when her children were small, but she always knew she wanted to help people in a service capacity. She received her certification to be a Personal Fitness Trainer after her children started school and enjoyed that for several years. She and her children’s father and built and sold several homes during their marriage and it was during those times that she felt the most satisfaction and thus the Real Estate bug was formed! She absolutely loves helping families with one of their “life defining moments”. Be it selling their existing home, relocating here, purchasing a property for their child while at FSU or first-time homebuyers, she loves it all! She has been told that her enthusiasm is contagious; she sees absolutely no reason that the home buying or selling process cannot be fun too! A home is one of the biggest investments most people will make, and it is always an honor to be trusted in assisting the transaction.

Karen has been actively selling Real Estate, full time, since 2000. She has received her Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS) designation. Less than 3% of licensed Realtors Nationwide, have obtained that designation. More recently, she obtained her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation in order to keep pace with the current, ever-changing market. She has consistently been in the top 20% of licensed Realtors with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors.

Her business continues to grow due in a large part to referrals from previous, satisfied customers. Nothing is more rewarding than the continued trust that my customers have in her. They are the reason for her success!
