Karen is first and foremost a top-notch person. She presents a calm and professional demeanor that kept me at ease throughout the entire process, which as a stressed-out, first-time seller who was moving to another state at the same time, was incredibly reassuring. Karen's research skills are impeccable. Her presentation portfolio was complete and thorough, taking me step-by-step through the entire process before we even agreed to work together (including detailed suggestions for increasing interest in my listing). Her top-class professionalism and service continued all the way through settlement and to this day as she checks up on her clients as time allows. I'm proud to call her a friend.

The current housing market is really difficult now with the high interest rates and low inventory, but there is no one I would rather by my side and representing my interests finding my home than Karen Harms. Semper Fi, Karen!

They answered all of our questions...negotiated with the Bank and the sellers...advised us on needed documents...suggested options for repairmen at our previous house as we dealt with renting it. When it came time to sell our previous house, she was again wonderful to work with, and everything went so smoothly!!

After all work was finished, she visited again and listed that house in the community. Within 1 week, the house was sold. She is very easy to work with. Karen took time to answer all of our questions and is upfront and honest. She sent us the most up-to-date listings available and always kept in contact. There is no better realtor agent than Karen. :) She is always available and extremely flexible. We had days when we were checking over 5-6 houses per day. It was an amazing experience. She has a lot of knowledge about the market, houses, contractors, mortgages and anything connected to buy a house. We found our dream home in less than 2 weeks and when our offer got accepted everything was easy, thank to Karen. She was very helpful through the house buying procedure. Karen for the win! This is the second property that Karen has helped out family out with, and both times she has been nothing but amazing. She understood what our family needed, was very knowledgeable and aware of the area's and neighborhoods we were looking in.

She was quick to point out pro's and con's of each house we looked at, gave us plenty of tips of what to look out for, and offered her opinion and advice anytime we asked. From the start, all the way to the finish and beyond, she had my family's best interst in mind.

We trusted Karen to find our family of 5 the best home that fit our needs, space requirements, and budget, and it was such a great decision. Her communications with us, the seller's agent, and the lending company was always quick and efficient and made sure we were aware of everything and anything going on. Oh, and she did all of this during the COVID-19 pandemic too. Extra kudos for that. We would highly recommend her without any hesitation!

Karen is one of the most knowledgeable realtors you will ever meet. However, knowledge isn't the only thing you want in a realtor. Dedicated, professional, resourceful, and extremely responsive are things that she also excels at being. I have dealt with many realtors across multiple states and it is very rare to find someone as dedicated to you, your goals, and the overall profession. Whether you give her 2 days notice or 2 hours notice, she (and not someone that works for/with her) will make time for you to see the potential home of your dreams. She understands the subtle art of bargaining and always understood what I was trying to get at without me having to say anything. I highly recommend Karen and you would be hard-pressed to find anyone better locally.

From the very first showing I felt like Karen understood me and what I was looking for in a home and neighborhood. After the initial showing she quickly got to work sending me about 40 homes that satisfied my list of desired features in a home. After the first couple of showings, Karen sent me another list of homes that not only had the features I wanted, but also had the style and age of the home I wanted that I did not even know I liked, but because Karen was so observant and listened to what I said as we walked around the homes, she picked-up on what I was drawn to. Karen was extremely patient with me as we looked at house after house (I think we saw about 50 houses, perhaps even more) in my quest to find not just a house, but the house that felt like MY home. Once I found the house Karen was very good about explaining the process of buying a home to me. Karen never stopped diligently working on my half and keeping me up-to-date on what was going on. Karen was with me every step of the way, which as a first time home buyer, I found very reassuring and calming. I would would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a house. Karen is a wonderful, relatable, knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated, extremely capable, engaging realtor and person. I feel very lucky that Karen was my realtor.

Karen Harms is the best. She gave us wonderful advice and looked out for our best interest from beginning to end. We originally went through a bank that didn't approve us for the home we wanted. Karen helped us with advice and who to talk to that got us approved for the home we wanted. I appreciate all the work she put in. The agent for the seller of the home we wanted was definitely a pain but Karen made it easy for us and took care of every issue that came up. I'll definitely recommend her to everyone.

My husband and I moved from Kentucky and started our search last summer. Karen worked with us through out our search. She is a very pleasant person and a thorough professional. The process took us about 8 months. Karen was expecting her baby when she started working with us and her baby was 5 months when we finally closed on the house.
