Karen Holthaus

Native to Harford County, Maryland, Karen has cultured a lifetime love and passion for real estate. During the ‘80’s and early ‘90’s, she worked as a project manager for Richmond American, Preakness, and BAC homes of Maryland. For close to ten years, Karen guided clients through the financing process, inspections, and every step of their real estate transaction.

Karen has a love for horses and maintained an equestrian center for 18 years while her children were young. She comes from an art background that proves resourceful in marketing her listings.
