Karen has been helping buyers & sellers for 18 years throughout NE North Carolina in Currituck, Camden, Dare, & Pasquotank counties to purchase and/or list their homes with a solid understanding of clients’ goals and aspirations. Karen carries into each relationship 20+ years as a Moyock resident with personal involvement in the community. As a dedicated REALTOR®, wife, and parent, Karen knows first-hand the significance and importance of each stage of the decision-making process leading to the sale/purchase of a home. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)*, Karen has met the stringent requirements of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). Her skills as a negotiator are tested every day and backed by training in Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals through the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), Albemarle Association of Realtors (AAAR), Outer Banks Association of Realtors (OBAR), Real Estate Information Network (REIN), and the Currituck County Chamber of Commerce.
