I would recommend Karen to anyone we know who are searching for a home in the Greater Atlanta area. Me and my family worked with other agents before and we have purchased other homes in the past few years. That said, me and my family were all very impressed with Karen's knowledge, professionalism, and ethics. Since we have worked with a few realtors, I would say that we rank Karen among the best. Bottom line, you get a very experienced realtor, a patient, ethical, and detail oriented ally in buying a house. In the transaction, there were difficult issues that came up from the sellers end and Karen was excellent in navigating through those issues. The real measure of how good an agent is shown when the unexpected difficult issues come up. Karen is the agent i would recommend to anyone!
