Karen started in real estate in 2003 after working in IT at Boeing. This career is more than just a job to her; it is her life. Through her own real estate journey, she now owns her home, she is bought and sold houses, owned rental properties, flipped a house, built a house, owned land and has a vacation home. Karen's marketing strategies are quick to follow an initial client meeting; she tailors each strategy to individual goals and situations. Marketing is a key aspect of any home selling strategy, and she brings her “A” game. She primarily works in South King County – Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Maple Valley. However, she has expertise and experience with buyers and sellers in Pierce County – Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Spanaway, Tacoma. In her spare time, she likes to play recreational soccer. Karen also loves to go camping, boating, and crabbing/shrimping. She is a big traveler and an enthusiastic gardener; she has a huge vegetable garden, and she loves flowers!
