I was looking for a home at the well-known moment of fast, best-bid offers. Karen got me through this frenzied time with her timely and well-tuned advice.

Karen knows real estate: laws, protocol, procedures, and resources. She directed me to a good bank with a terrific lender, set me up with a great closing company, and worked hard to expedite the closing so that within three weeks after my offer had been accepted, we had closed and I had moved in.
