Karen moved to the Dunnellon, Florida area in the summer of 2000 from Pennsylvania and began her real estate career in the spring of 2010 at the peak of the housing crisis. During that time, foreclosures and short sales saturated the housing market and became the new ‘norm.’ In her first year of real estate, she was named the Rookie of the Year. Over the years, she has honed her skills collaborating with buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate.
