I am incredibly grateful to have come across Karen and Erica during my home search. I initially met them at an open house, and from that moment, I knew I had found the right realtors. Karen's extensive knowledge of recently sold houses in the area was truly impressive. Whenever I mentioned other open houses I had visited, Karen could provide detailed information about the neighborhood, along with the pros and cons of each property. Her insights were sharp and aligned perfectly with my preferences.

Erica's keen eye for design, coupled with her expertise in Fengshui, added an extra dimension to the house-hunting experience. It was a pleasure to view properties with her, as she evaluated them from a practical Fengshui and Qi perspective. She not only offered suggestions on how to optimize the energy flow in each house but also inspired me to consider what kind of home truly suited me. Erica's meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the process, ensuring nothing was overlooked.

Karen and Erica consistently stayed on top of the market in the area by dedicating Tuesdays to visiting houses on the market. This commitment allowed them to provide us with the most up-to-date information and insights. Additionally, Karen's extensive network and exceptional negotiation skills were invaluable. Despite having a few challenging criteria to meet, we searched for houses for quite some time, and Karen and Erica remained patient and customized their search to align with our evolving preferences based on our recent viewings.

Finally, I am thrilled to say that with Karen and Erica's dedication, we were able to find our dream home in the ideal location we had been searching for. Karen and Erica truly made it happen, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
