Karen brings strong family values, dedication to service, and a love for the area to

your real estate transactions. She grew up on the Seacoast of New Hampshire,

attended the University of New Hampshire and has loved raising her two children

with her husband of 27 years in this beautiful area of New Hampshire.

As co-owner of a custom home building company for over twenty years, Karen

has built, sold and bought over 100 properties before deciding to become an

agent. That experience brings with it a great deal of knowledge of the market,

understanding property, negotiating skills, and a desire to be the best
