I first consulted with Karen 4 years prior, during this extended time Karen displayed genuine interest and took the time to discuss any aspect or concerns I had on projects to home until the decision to sell. During the process leading up to and actual listing Karen kept up communications, advisement, scheduling of tasks and alleviate any concerns. The offer came in while Karen was out of town on vacation, she made sure all actions were completed timely and effectively. We recently bought our home through Karen, and we give her our greatest recommendations as a real estate agent. We went to an open house on a Saturday, and the next day, we decided we wanted to make an offer on the house. Karen had helped my daughter buy her home and she gave me Karen’s number saying she highly recommended her. We texted Karen that night (not wanting to interrupt her family time). Karen called back within minutes, and we arranged to meet at the house the next day. As we toured the house, she pointed out things we may not have noticed and asked what we liked about the house. We told her we wanted the house ! As we only had until 5 PM the next day to make an offer, Karen prepared for us an offer that she thought would be the selling price, the earnest money deposit needed, as well as other things that would make our offer appealing to the seller. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted at that very amount, she predicted. There were 7 offers on the house, one being the same as ours, but our offer was accepted. The closing was seamless, as Karen handled every detail, all we had to do was sign a few papers online, then sign a few papers at the attorney’s office.
Karen is a true professional in every way. She is knowledgeable, efficient, always available as questions arise, always attentive, placing our needs first. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home !

My journey into the real estate market came at the worse time (sellers market) but having Karen in my corner balanced out all the negatives. Housing supply was (and still is) limited. People were bidding way over and waiving everything including inspections.

Karen did not buckle. Day in and day out she kept in contact with me keeping me ahead of the market. She made it clear that I was her number one priority. Despite several setbacks on bids we put in she remained positive and kept my hopes up.

When we looked at houses she did not try to pressure me into buying something just to have a house. She was very open and honest about process and her thoughts on the houses we were exploring. She is very keen on noting potential issues and problems when looking at a house. She knows her job inside and out.

Finally when we found a house that worked for me, she got my bid in on the spot. We just made it as another bid came in not long after mine was accepted. If she had waited I would have lost the house.

She got me set up with Alcova mortgage with Frank and Debi Jacques who are also phenomenal to work with.

If you are looking for a professional real estate agent who is honest, has your interest first, and is hardworking look no further than Karen. She will not disappoint you.
