Karen did an outstanding job in helping us in the search for our new home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and responded to all communication thoroughly and quickly. She made herself available to show many homes to us, and her time-sensitive responsiveness was crucial to our success in finding a home in a seller's market. Moreover, she is a genuinely pleasant and personable person to be around, especially during such a stressful process as home buying. I highly recommend her and we would definitely use her again if we are in the market for a home in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Karen Lynch as our relator. She is very professional, but very down to earth and fun. Because the market was so busy, we looked at many houses and finally were able to win a bid.
Karen then was very helpful in getting us a Lawyer and a Loan contact and and inspector, which worked out great.
Karen was also able to research for repairs needed and costs estimates for these repairs. She gave us direction on neighborhoods and distance from work, always thinking of the personal as well as the professional side of buying a house.
We were very pleased with Karen Lynch and will recommend her to our friends and use her again.
