Karen has lived in Alaska since 2004 after 14 years abroad living and working in Europe. She is firmly connected to Alaska, Homer and the Kachemak Bay area through family ties and her love of the natural environment. A past Board Member of the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies, Karen actively participates in and volunteers for several of Homer's non-profits, including the Kachemak Heritage Land Trust, Bunnell Street Arts Center, Kachemak Nordic Ski Club, Homer Council on the Arts, Pier One Theatre, and the Kachemak Bay Conservation Society. When not out helping people find their ideal property, you will often see her hiking, skiing or biking one of the area’s fantastic trails. Karen has worked in the Kenai Penisula/Homer area real estate market for over 18 years and is committed to providing highly professional, amiable and efficient service.
