Selling a house is never fun but Karen made this process enjoyable! Always had recommendations and ideas to navigate the process of selling the house. She also had contacts and contractors if needed, and reasonably priced, to help us get the house ready for sale. Always positive, optimistic and hard working! Also made herself available at all times given our crazy schedules! Truly a great Realtor!

We just worked with Karen to sell our home in Roxborough. We spoke with several realtors initially and what made her stand out from the rest was her direct and decisive demeanor and her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. We were moving several hours away prior to putting the house on the market and we needed someone who we could trust to be present at the house when needed-- she always was there to keep things running smoothly.

The house was only on the market for a few days and got several offers-- we closed for over-asking, likely because of her judgement of how to market and price the house. Karen helped us do virtual staging and got us in touch with all the extra help that we needed to seal the deal (contractors, house cleaning, etc.) Need I say more? Okay... I will.

Karen is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market, the sales process, and local folks in the realty space. She knew every form that needed to be signed, every appointment that needed to be scheduled, and every call that needed to be made, and she facilitated it all flawlessly.

Karen found us our forever home but if we ever did plan on moving again there is no one else I would ever use to sell/buy with.
