It was a real pleasure working with Karen. Having a house built in Delaware while living in Colorado could have been very stressful. Karen made the whole process, which lasted over a year, easy due to her extensive knowledge and responsiveness. Because we couldn’t be there in person, she was there to see what was being done and updating us with pictures. She was always available to meet the few times we did get to visit the site in person. She also knew who to contact when we had concerns or questions. She attended all the meetings on zoom and settlement inspections. She sent us a detailed list of things that needed to be fixed before the final purchase of the house. Even after that, she lent us some personal items when we moved in before our household goods arrived. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We love the house.

Karen represented me, as the buyer, from 3000 miles away. We did all showings via facetime. Karen would even record videos of the drive into each neighborhood and the surrounding area. The market was incredibly hot, and houses were going under contract for more that asking price, with escalation clauses, few contingencies, etc. The guidance she provided us was very helpful. She also has excellent contacts with mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc. Considering the distance, this was one of the easiest real estate transactions I've ever had. For anyone considering the sale or purchase of a home, I encourage you to contact Karen.

The best realtor that you will ever work with! I was looking for a go-getter and someone willing to work within our constraints but also someone willing to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She is very patient and answers all questions no matter how simple they may seem. The one key point that I would like to highlight here is that you will not feel like you are being rushed into a house just so they can make a sale and that is the #1 thing I like about Karen. Overall I highly recommend her, she came highly recommended from a friend and it was better than I expected. I can honestly say that I don't feel like I settled and that is a comforting feeling.

The home buying process is a lot, and this was a very pleasant experience.

Karen understands all intriacacies of real estate, provides sage counsel in all matters and strategies associated with preparing, showing, purchasing, marketing and modeling of a home. Her knowledge is extensive in choosing lenders, who to choose, how much an individual should put in earnest money or a down payment, how large an offer should be for a property. Karen tells you the truth, what you need to hear, not what you want to hear; she truly has your back in all matters. Karen goes above and beyond in many other ways, including taking property videos and images, helping to calm a nervous buyer, pointing out areas for improvement.
